Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information emcongcc.com collects, why, and who it is shared with. The website is operated by EMCON L.L.C., PO Box 62942, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, together with EMCON Contracting LLC (Dubai) and EMCON Solutions Contracting LLC (Abu Dhabi) for contracting enquiries. In this policy, "EMCON", "we" and "us" mean these companies.

Enquiries you send us

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the division you choose, your subject and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on any quotation or order that results from it.

The form is delivered as an email to the EMCON team for the division you choose: [email protected] for concrete blocks and products, or [email protected] for concrete repair, strengthening and coatings. The email is sent through Brevo, our email delivery provider. We keep enquiries in our business email for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep normal business records.

If you email or phone us directly, we handle your details in the same way.

Spam protection and security

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being sent by a person. Turnstile receives your IP address and technical browser signals for this check. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to protect the site and serve it quickly.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. To limit repeated form submissions, the server records a one-way hashed form of the sender's IP address, not the address itself.

Analytics and cookies

We use these services to understand how the website is used and to improve it:

• Google Analytics (Google): counts visits and pages viewed. It sets cookies in your browser.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): records how visitors scroll and click on pages, as anonymised session replays and heatmaps. It sets cookies in your browser.
• Umami, run on our own server: counts page views without using cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website, including the contact form, works without them. Some pages show YouTube videos, and YouTube may set its own cookies when a video loads.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it for us, and where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] or write to EMCON L.L.C., PO Box 62942, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We will reply within a reasonable time and in line with applicable UAE law.
